The Epsom Salts contained in this pack are suitable to take as a food supplement and for external use, following the directions provided.

As a Food Supplement
Adults and children over 12 years: Take up to 3g dissolved in a cup (250ml) of warm water, once a day.
As Bath Salts
Dissolve 2 cups of Epsom Salts in a bath of warm water to relieve muscle aches and pains.
