Organic coconut (Cocus nucifera) oil, from the flesh of the coconut. The oil is gently extracted from coconuts grown in the Philippines.

FATTY ACID RATIO: omega 9 & omega 6 on an approximate 2 : 1 ratio.

KEY PROPERTIES:
A rich source of medium chain triglycerides (MCTs) 3000mg per 5g teaspoon.
400mg of caprylic acid in every teaspoon.
