Charges for standard delivery on orders up to 25kg via HDNL UK Standard Delivery or Myhermes UK Standard Delivery.

Charges for UK standard delivery with HDNL Delivery or Myhermes.

Where products are in stock, orders are dispatched within 3 working days with HDNL or myhermes. Typically delivery will be in 1-5working days of despatch. Products that are out of stock may take longer. If your products are out of stock we will notify you by email.

If your order exceeds 25kg the may be required to pay additional delivery charges. In the event of your order exceeding 25kg and incurring extra charges out customer service team will contact you within 24 hours.

Some parcels may require a signature upon delivery, if you will not be at home, please provide us with an alternative delivery address. It is your responsibilty to ensure somebody will be available to receive delivery, if your parcel cannot be not delivered and is returned to us after 3 attempted deliveries we will refund the value of the parcel minus the delivery cost. Please ensure we have the full postal address including postcode and a contact telephone number.

Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday may be delayed. UK bank holidays will delay delivery.

UK NORTHERN IRELAND, UK HIGHLANDS AND ISLANDS

Deliverys to these areas are normally with myhermes, sent as above but may take longer. If we are unable to deliver to your postcode a full refund will be issued.

Returns Policy

All returned goods should be sent with your invoice and the reasons of why you are returning the goods.
Goods must be returned in new, unopened, unused condition and with any labels still attached within ten working days. All returned goods will be checked.

We will be happy to exchange or give you a refund but please note that delivery charges will not be refunded and the a refund will only be made once the goods are returned. If on your original order you received free delivery, and you decide to return part of your order you may be charged £8.99. This will occur if your net order is less than the £60 threshold for free delivery.
For hygiene reasons we are not able to give refunds, exchanges or replacements on any goods that have been opened or used, unless the item is faulty.
Any products that were purchased on special offer or on sale can not be returned. Please notify us before returning any goods and ensure you obtain proof of postage for your own protection.
